The role – Technical Manager
A leading Network Security Value Added Reseller client of ours are looking for a Technical Manager to lead their Pre-Sales, Post-Sales and Support teams, helping to define strategy and managing the teams to ensure best results for customers. The Technical Manager will work alongside the Managing Director & Head of Sales to put in place processes and ensure the business is moving in the right direction. This will be a very exciting and broad role leading a team of around 6, the Technical Manager will still be involved in the Pre-Sales and Support for customers and will act as an escalation point and expert as required. The company are looking for someone who is driven and determined to progress their career and will look at people who haven’t previously had management experience but show the required personality traits.
