The role – Head of Information Security
 
Our client, a leading construction organisation, is looking for a Head of Information Security & Compliance to assist the CTO is developing an over-arching security strategy. The Head of Information Security will be responsible for the creation, implementation and management of controls in order to ensure all areas of Information Security are adhered to aligned to the ISMS.  Also the Head of Information Security will be need ensure compliance with legislation and where required attain and retain certifications such as ISO27001.
 
This is a really exciting role for the right person.  You will build great relationships across IT and the business in order to make Security second nature to the company, and changing the culture of an organisation will be a key challenge for the post holder. ISO27001 is something the organisation is looking to achieve moving forward.
